Reason for recall
The product may not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age.
The blocks can break apart and expose sharp points and small parts if dropped or during use.
Hazard to consumers
Risk of serious injury or death from choking and asphyxiation if a child places small parts inside their mouth. There is also a risk of serious injury from laceration from sharp points. Incidents have occurred.
What consumers should do
Stop using the product immediately and keep it away from children.
Customers who purchased the XL Magnetic Building Blocks from Little Australian are entitled to a full refund.
