A really enjoyable set for creative kids. Plenty of different builds to try, and I love that they can take everything apart and start fresh.
I like watching him change his design when something doesn't work. He gets frustrated sometimes, but he's so pleased when he figures it out.
My daughter enjoys this alongside her other building toys. Nice to have some different pieces to experiment with.
Just wanted to keep the kids occupied while I made lunch. They were still building long after we'd eaten.
We've made a rule that everything stays on the play mat. Much easier to find the little components afterwards.
Once they worked out the wheels, it became a competition to make the best rolling car. Some of the designs were absolutely ridiculous.
He made a robot, put it on the shelf and told everyone not to touch it because it's going in a museum. Bless him.
My daughter has decided she's only building blue vehicles. Her brother keeps offering other colours and getting rejected.
The shapes and connectors give them a different way to construct things. My boy seems to enjoy experimenting with both.
A couple of parts were a bit stubborn to pull apart. Dad helped and the kids carried on without any issues.
My daughter made a strange little animal and then spent another half hour inventing its family, house and favourite food.
Absolutely bucketing down outside, so we sat at the kitchen table with the building set. Ended up being a really nice afternoon.
Apparently it's impossible to stop halfway through building a very important spaceship. Bedtime negotiations have become interesting.
Bought for my niece's birthday. She's been sending me photos of her little creations ever since.
We all made different things and then had to explain what we'd invented. My husband's robot was apparently a coffee machine.
My nephew came over, had a go with the blocks and asked his mum if he could have his own set.
My son finished a vehicle, immediately pulled it apart and made something completely different. That's what makes this set good.
My daughter wanted a creative activity and I didn't fancy the usual mess. These were a good compromise.
Such a nice activity for the grandkids.
Some connectors can be a bit firm for small hands. My son asks for help separating them occasionally. Otherwise it's been great.
My son now has a whole collection of vehicles he's made himself. He insists on displaying them in a line every night.
After showing her the basics, I mostly left my daughter to experiment. She was very excited when her first little robot stood up.
Good construction toy. My daughter loves it.
Some models take a little thought to put together. That's actually what I like about it.
One of those scorching Aussie afternoons where nobody wanted to leave the air con. The kids built cars while I sorted lunch.
My kids had to agree who got which wheels. Once the treaty was signed, the building could begin.
That's my favourite part. My daughter can build something completely different from the pictures and still feel proud of it.
My four year old has enjoyed building with me. We keep a close eye on the small components and put everything away afterwards.
We chose the larger option and there's a good mix of pieces for experimenting with different shapes.
That question has been asked approximately forty times this week. Turns out red is the only acceptable colour for certain parts of the robot.
Really nice seeing a toy come out more than once. There's always another little project to make.
I bought this for the grandkids and now their pop is researching increasingly elaborate robot designs in his head. He won't admit how much he likes it.
